Chip brings a lifetime of experience and certifications to the table when servicing your Real Estate needs. At a very early age Chip began his career in the Hospitality Industry where he worked his way up from entry level positions to Corporate Account Executive with Hilton, Disney, Hyatt and The Freeman Companies. He prides himself on his natural and ingrained abilities at customer service. He is excellent in establishing immediate credible customer/client relations and quickly discerning needs and objectives based on individual personality and circumstance.

In 2003 Chip altered his career path toward Real Estate and obtained his Residential Appraisal License which he shortly upgraded to Certified Residential. As an Appraiser, Chip learned the backbone of Real Estate markets and how the economy drives value and price. An Appraiser must be an expert in physical and external influences when successfully determining current market value.

As a natural progression, Chip has obtained a Real Estate Sales Person and his Mortgage Loan Origination Licenses and now applies his skill set to servicing a client in all aspects of Real Estate.
