Thank God! for Kristy! I was already having a hard time with my dad passing away and having to sell his property, it was "very" painful and stressful but Kristy handled "everything", she went above and beyond and made this sell happen without any issues, she was helpful with all my concerns and questions. I would recommend Kristy 100%
Kristy made s difficult situation much easier for me. My mother passed away and Kristy helped me with getting the house cleaned out and prepped for sale. She stayed on top of things and made sure I stayed in contact with the lender while getting my mom's house sold and getting top $ for it. Kristy is top-notch in my opinion and I would recommend her to everyone.
I had never been through the probate process and the house I needed to sell required lots of work to get in shape. Being from out of town I was clueless about how to proceed to get it done. Kristy guided me to all the local resources, handled most of the details and we got it done at reasonable cost. The house was sold for a good price within a surprisingly short time. Mostly I recommend Kristy because of her bottomless patience and kindness during what was a pretty traumatic time for me, dealing with my mother's death, the house, selling all her things, the probate process and attendant pressures. I don't think I could have found anyone who more impressively combined patience and forbearance with great skill and professionalism. I truly don't think I could have got it done without having someone like Kristy to work with me and put up with me. Yet she always made me feel that my questions were welcome - was great about returning phone calls, texts and email message. I always felt totally free to discuss any concerns and ideas with her. If you are suddenly having to deal with the probate of an estate and selling a home, and have no idea what to do next, then you need the guidance and professional skills of an agent who knows the probate process and who also understands the pressure it places on executors. I would highly recommend Kristy Sartorius
